3. Refund Eligibility

As Etkalem Zayohom provides digital content accessible immediately upon subscription, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

You are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of your subscription date if you were unable to access the platform due to a technical issue on our side.
In the event of duplicate charges or billing errors, the full amount will be refunded immediately upon verification.
No refund is due once the content has been accessed or the platform has been used.

4. Non-Refundable Cases
