3. Refund Eligibility

As Etkalem Zayohom provides digital content accessible immediately upon subscription, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

• You are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of your subscription date if you were unable to access the platform due to a technical issue on our side.
• In the event of duplicate charges or billing errors, the full amount will be refunded immediately upon verification.
• No refund is due once the content has been accessed or the platform has been used.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Forgetting to cancel before automatic renewal.
• Dissatisfaction with content after it has been accessed.
• Internet outages or technical issues on the user's end.

5. Refund Processing Time

If a refund request is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
